Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing https://mountainmini-mix.com ("the Site") or engaging Mountain Mini-Mix Concrete LLC ("we," "us," or "our") for concrete delivery services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Services

We provide short-load (mini-mix) concrete delivery within Western North Carolina and North Georgia. All jobs are subject to availability, weather, road and site conditions, and our operational discretion. Quoted prices, yardage, mix designs, and schedules are estimates until confirmed in writing or by direct communication.

Site Access & Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Ensuring safe, legal, and adequate access to the pour site for our truck
• Site preparation, forms, rebar, and any required permits
• Directing the placement of concrete once it is on site
• Identifying any underground utilities, septic lines, irrigation, or other hazards

We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, landscaping, underground utilities, overhead obstructions, or other property when the customer or site representative directs us where to drive or pour.

Payment

Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. Returned payments or past-due balances may be subject to additional fees as allowed by law.

Cancellations & Weather

We may reschedule or cancel a delivery due to weather, mechanical issues, or unsafe site conditions. Customers should provide reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled pour.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Site or our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
